Amazing hotel with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and cute bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped with my evening plans, and their friendly service keeps me coming back for more! I can't wait for Christmas.

Unique Tudor-inspired rooms immerse you in the local history, combining quality furnishings with period details that create a memorable atmosphere. Enjoying a rainfall shower in a spacious bathroom after a day of exploring nearby attractions adds a nice touch to the stay.

Parking can be a hassle, with poorly marked bays making it a challenge to fit the vehicles in correctly. The on-site dining area feels lacking in ambiance, and the bar prices are steep—£26 for two large glasses of wine might make you think twice. the smell of cleaning products in hallways can be overwhelming, and I found the room's lighting slightly dim for a comfortable evening routine, limiting the appeal of relaxing in the space.

Our stay was fantastic! The decor is a beautiful mix of contemporary and traditional styles. Loved the cozy bar areas, especially The Snug for evening drinks. The garden space is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. can't forget the really good quality of the complimentary toiletries. it added a luxury touch to our stay.

Our stay was fantastic, with a beautifully decorated room that blended modern comfort with historic elements. The bar area offered a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing evenings, and the garden was a lovely spot to unwind. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a great selection of freshly prepared dishes. the lack of air conditioning in some areas made it a bit uncomfortable during warmer moments.

Great location, but staff shortage showed

The hotel was nice overall with a lovely bar area and decent breakfast. But we ran into some issues like a poorly managed dinner reservation and a lack of hand wash in the toilets. The rooms were comfy, but some small repairs were clearly needed. The staff did their best, but it felt a bit chaotic at times.

The room was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean, a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. Staff were exceptionally friendly, providing a lovely birthday card and thoughtful treat, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, particularly indulging in their pastries. the mix-up with our room assignment in the modern section instead of the Tudor was disappointing, and the restaurant was closed on Monday despite prior arrangements attempted over the phone.

The grilled dishes at the restaurant were an absolute delight, especially the Isle of Wight tomatoes and burrata, a true highlight! Also, the stunning inner garden was a lovely surprise, perfect for a peaceful moment. Plus, the staff were exceptionally helpful in accommodating my needs, which is always a win!

On the flip side, the noise insulation wasn’t the best, with the creaky floorboards and neighbor's chatter creeping in.

We loved visiting the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, just a short walk away. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, and the hotel's decor was charmingly modern with traditional touches and memorable.

My kids wished there were more activities for them during our stay.

The location of hotel indigo is superb. it's an easy walk to most shakespeare attractions, including the river. i loved that i could choose a room with air conditioning—definitely needed during my stay. the bed was comfy, and the added amenities like the fridge were a nice touch. the staff really went above and beyond to ensure my comfort!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the relaxing garden area and cozy TV lounge, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the slight awkwardness at the restaurant, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend trying the breakfast. it was delicious and had great variety! 😊

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from everything! Loved the modern decor of my Queen Room, but the shower needed more hot water. Overall, a charming place. 🌟
